  • Sending from your domain needs verification tooWe never send from an address we haven't verified. Until your sending domain is verified, report emails come from our platform address with your agency name and your reply-to.
  • AI and data source attribution stays visibleReports always show which engine gave each answer, how it was measured and where data came from. White labeling doesn't remove what providers require.
  • We never market to your clientsNo Mediazealous promotions or upsells in client portals, reports or emails. Your clients and leads are never shared with other agencies.

Will my clients see Mentioned First anywhere?
Client portals, reports and emails carry your brand. A few things stay visible on purpose: the attribution AI and data providers require, and, until your domain and sending domain are verified, a mentionedfirst.ai web address or our platform sender. We never market to your clients.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, one portal domain on the Agency plan, such as insights.youragency.com. You add the DNS record we give you, and the portal switches over once ownership and HTTPS are verified.
Can report emails come from my domain?
Yes, after you verify your sending domain with the DNS records we provide. We never send from an address we haven't verified, so until then emails come from our platform address with your agency name and reply-to.
What can my clients see?
Only the workspaces you give them access to. Never your other clients, your prospect leads, your internal notes or your billing.
How does the prospect scanner work?
Run scans from your account, or add a scan form to your own website so leads land in your workspace (25 prospect scans a month on Agency). Leads belong to your agency and aren't shared with anyone. A scan doesn't sign a business up for anything, and we never contact them.
Who bills my clients?
You do. We bill your agency for the Agency plan, and what you charge your clients is up to you. Clients can't buy their own subscriptions through your portal yet.
What if I need more client locations?
Add them as you go, for $25/month each beyond the 15 included. You'll see the price before anything changes.
Can I try it before I sign up?
Yes. Open the agency demo to click through a sample agency account with fictional clients, or run a free scan on any business to see the report your prospects would get.
