What counts as usage

Every plan is measured in AI answers, so you always know what you're paying for. Here's the unit, and everything that never counts against it.

Never counts against you

Failed or incomplete answers never use up your plan. You only use an answer when we get a complete one back.

  • Engine errors and timeoutsIf an engine fails, that answer is free and shows up as a coverage gap.
  • Refused or cut-off answersIncomplete answers are excluded from your scores and your usage.
  • Retries after a failureRetrying a failed answer never counts twice.
  • Reports, PDFs and exportsReading answers, sharing reports and downloading files are always free.

Weekly scans run about 4.3 times a month (52 weeks ÷ 12). This is the most a plan can use, not a target.

When can I start a paid plan?
Soon. Accounts and billing aren't open yet, so nobody can subscribe today and nothing is charged. Join the early-access list and we'll email you when your plan opens. The free scan works now.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move between Business, Growth and Agency as your needs change. Before you confirm, we show exactly what changes: the new limits, the new price, and anything that would be paused.
How do I cancel?
From your billing settings, whenever you like. Cancelling stops future charges, and it doesn't delete your past reports.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
It stays readable. Your history and past reports stay where they are. New scans follow the new plan's limits, and anything over them, like extra locations or schedules, is paused rather than deleted. You choose what stays active.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Plans are billed monthly in US dollars. If annual billing arrives, we'll add it here and no one will be switched over automatically.
Is there a free trial?

Will I ever be charged for going over a limit?
No surprise overage charges. If you need more, you add it yourself and see the price first. Extra locations are $29/month each on Growth and $25/month per client location on Agency.

No. We bill your agency, and what you charge your clients is up to you. See how the Agency plan works.
